we are very sorry to inform you that our old VPN providers, where we hosted our VPNs, are closing without informing us in advance, and they shut down their servers for VPN services. Because of this large issue we don't want to have ANY external providers for such services anymore. That's why we move/reinstall all VPN services to our own host nodes now to avoid any issues like this. We also provide a 100% uptime on our own nodes + we add 4x10Gbit cards to the new servers. We will update this info with each location where the new setups have been done and provide you with new configs.
We apologize for any inconvenience and we are working at high prio to provide much better VPN services on our nodes. Thanks for your understanding.

We would like to ask you to always write from your registered email address, so that we can automatically allocate your request and accomplish it within SLA. You can always change your email address in the customer panel, and also generate additional email addresses/contacts.
